Based on Puccini's opera La Boheme, Rent tells the story of a group of young Bohemians struggling to live and love in modern New York City. The show premiered in 1996 and immediately made waves with its controversial story line and rock ‘n' roll style songs."The cutting edge, raw energy of Rent is particularly well suited to Shadowbox Live," says Stev Guyer, Executive Producer and CEO.
