This Spring Shadowbox Live gets Down and Dirty with their newest show that celebrates America's favorite topic: sex!!
Opening, Thursday, March 22 at the troupe's Brewery District theater, Down and Dirty promises to flirt with audiences with hilarious sketches filled with double entendre and titillating rock 'n' roll that will leave them screaming for more.
Down and Dirty is the troupe's annual sex-themed show, which has traditionally followed on the heels of their Christmas show, Holiday Hoopla. But this year the Shadowbox Live Creative Team made a departure from that format. "By moving the sex show into the Spring slot we were able to produce a 'best of the best' this Winter, allowing us to give more focus to our original meta-media project 'The Dream,'" explains Executive Producer Julie Klein.
Klein continues, "Down and Dirty features dozens of brand-new characters in some of our edgiest comedy sketches, and the band stage will be smoking hot!"
Down and Dirty opens Thursday, March 22 and runs Fridays at 7:30pm and Saturday at 7:30pm and 10:30pm through June 16. Tickets range from $30 - $40 and student/senior/military pricing is available. For more information and reservations visit www.shadowboxlive.org.
