The magnificent work of composer and Cuban musician Benny Moré has been reinterpreted over the past half century by multiple artists. Cuban pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba relives some of the greatest classics sonero from flamenco, and Manolo Caracol, with the exceptional voice of singer Esperanza Fernández.
Born into a musical family, Rubalcaba was influenced at an early age by the music of Cuba and subsequently by jazz. He has received two Grammy awards for his work Nocturne and Tierra del Sol, and two Latin Grammy for Supernova and Solo.
Esperanza Fernández, meanwhile, is a person born in the Triana Roma and is one of the leading voices of today's flamenco.
