The American Musical and Dramatic Academy will be in Colombia to conduct placement and scholarship auditions in Bogota on 26 September.
The world-premiere stage musical adaptation of Muriel's Wedding, based on the 1994 Australian film comedy starring Toni Collette, will release an original cast recording later this year. Maggie McKenna, a 20-year-old Melbourne actor who trained at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, returned to Australia to make her professional stage debut in the title role.
