The Tempest, Shakespeare’s final work, tells the story of Prospero and his daughter Miranda, who have been stranded on an enchanted island due to exile. Over the course of twelve years, they encounter shipwrecked foes, leading Prospero to conjure a powerful storm to seek revenge and explore themes of forgiveness and humanity. This production showcases the complexities of love and family against a backdrop of magic and intrigue. Performances are set for late February to early March at Beck Center for the Arts.
