Shadowbox's BORN TO BE WILD Opens 3/26 At Easton Town Center

Get your motor runnin' this Spring with Shadowbox's Born to be Wild, opening March 26, 2009 at their sketch comedy and rock ‘n roll club at the Easton Town Center. This brand-new theme celebrates the unrelenting human spirit and our desire to work hard, play hard, and rock hard.

On the comedy stage, a mix of popular favorites and new characters bare their wild sides.

Casey Kasem (Jimmy Mak) in American Top 40: Van Hatin'

With co-host David Lee Roth (Steve Guyer), Casey welcomes guest artists Miley Cyrus (Amy Lay), New Kids on the Block (JT Walker III, Jerrod Robert, Andrew Cioffi, Andy Ankrom, and Drew Raitch), and The Pussycat Dolls (Nikki Fagin, Katy Psenicka, Storm Woods, Lynsey Strouse, and Kaleigh Lockhart) as they pay tribute to Van Halen's greatest hits.
The Off-the-wall office staff in Office Convention

The gang abandons the water cooler for a taste of Vegas when they attend a convention where Franklin (David Whitehouse) and Peters (Storm Woods) find romance, Stiffler (Tom Cardinal) finds fortune and Slidermeyer (Jimmy Mak) finds Tina Turner (Jerrod Robert).

Awkward teen-agers venture out of the rec room and onto the dance floor in Spazpoids: Cutting a Rug

Kirby (Jimmy Mak), Tom (Andrew Cioffi), and Albert (David Whitehouse) take a chance at the school dance where nerves give way to excitement and embarrassment.

Britney (Amy Lay) is back with a take off of "I Love Lucy" in I Love Britney

Will Britney ever find a way to get into Ricky's (David Whitehouse) show? Neighbor and friend Ethel (Mary Randle) conspires with her to trick Ricky but the jig is up when Ethel's talent shines through.

Spring Break: The Board Game

Tommy (Andy Ankrom), Dick (Andrew Cioffi), and Sally (Nikki Fagin) play the new game that's captured the attention of high schoolers everywhere. Announcers Jerrod Robert and Katy Psenicka bring the beach to the basement as they lead the kids through the game that celebrates drunkenness, debauchery, and self-destruction.

And choreographer Katy Psenicka will stage a new piece to Mute Math's Typical, a dance that looks at the ups and downs of life's journey and our drive to keep our feet on the right path.

"Born to be Wild is shaping up to be a really fun show," said Executive Producer Steve Guyer. "The comedy is fresh, the music is free, and the overall sentiment speaks to our common desire to embrace our fun-loving, wild side."
