Great Lakes Theater (GLT), Cleveland's Classic Company, presents an extraordinary pre-show discussion and performance event exploring the science behind attraction, entitled What's Love Got to do With It?: The Science of Attraction, in conjunction with the company's production of Shakespeare's classic Romeo & Juliet, at the Hanna Theatre, PlayhouseSquare tonight, April 27th. Commencing at 6:00 p.m. with a pre-show discussion featuring area experts in the area of Psychiatry, Anthropology and Health in the Hanna Theatre's Salon, the event will culminate in a performance of Great Lakes Theater's main stage production of Romeo & Juliet at 7:30 p.m. as part of GLT's Classics and Conversations audience engagement series.
Explore the science behind attraction in an engaging pre-show discussion with Dr. Stephen Levine, Clinical Professor of Psychiatryat Case Western Reserve University, Dr. Mary Ann Raghanti, Professor of Anthropology at Kent State University and Dr. Linda Spurlock, Director of Health at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History.
