COLUMBUS FIRST to Join Gallery Hop with a Pet Adoption Fair Beginning 5/4

The Columbus First Free Will Baptist Church (49 E. Third Ave.) will join the Short North's Gallery Hop for the very first time by hosting a Pet Adoption Fair in its parking lot. Located just one block east of High Street between Second and Third Avenues, the church will host a Pet Adoption Fair for six consecutive Gallery Hop dates beginning May 4.

Area non-profit animal rescue organizations will set up booths at Columbus First from 4-9pm. Gallery Hop-goers are invited to come and meet a variety of pets in need of permanent, loving homes, and learn more about the organizations that rescue and place them.

Zoom Room, a Short North business offering agility, obedience, and puppy training classes, will offer a 15% discount on classes to anyone who adopts a dog from the Columbus First Pet Adoption Fair.

Visual and performing artists will be added in September, and continue through the winter months for each Gallery Hop.
