CCM's first performance in over a quarter of a century of Mahler's penultimate masterwork features one of the world's outstanding Mahlerians, Stuart Skelton, and acclaimed mezzo-soprano, Catherine Martin. CCM alumnus Brian Raphael Nabors’ (MM Composition, ’15; DMA Composition, ’19) Onward! opens the concert, an apt prelude to Mahler's discourse on life, love and eternity.

Héctor Zapata

Ty
Hector Zapata is an actor from Mexico City where he studied theatre at UNAM. He is now based on Los Angeles where he graduated from the professional conservatory at The Art of Acting Studio. He was part of the show “Plagio” now streaming on amazon prime. He was part of the cast of one of the most important shows in Mexico(La leyenda del Nahual).


Gia Kim

Jen
Gia Kim is a classically trained actor who is making her television debut as ”Yuri” in the Netflix series, XO Kitty, a spin-off of the To All the Boys movie trilogy. She jumped into performing with a musical rendition of A Christmas Carol in Beijing and later co-founded the "Sunsoo" theater company in Korea. A few years ago, Gia moved to Los Angeles for the conservatory program at the Art of Acting Studio where she played the lead role of “Valentine” in The Two Gentlemen of Verona by Shakespeare. She is what you would call a “Third-Culture Kid,” born in Korea, raised in Seoul and Hong Kong.


Paula Helena

Becca
Paula Helena is a Costa Rican actress based in Los Angeles. After graduating from film school in 2019 and being involved in Dramatic Art programs and workshops in her home country, she moved to LA. Where she obtained her Acting MFA at the Stella Adler Art of Acting Conservatory in 2021. Soon after graduating, Paula started wearing many hats in the entertainment industry. From stage managing the production "The Memory of Water", to being Post Production Assistant for David O'Russel's film "Amsterdam" and becoming Production Assistant for Stitch editing. Paula is really excited to be back on stage and can't wait to work with this amazing cast and team.


Christin Wright

Christin Wright is a recent graduate of the Stella Adler Art Of Acting Studio. She is from Prince George’s County Maryland and received her bachelor’s degree in Theatre Studies at West Virginia University with a focus in Musical Theatre. Christin is extremely passionate about works that provoke thought and conversation about the most real and raw aspects of life. She is very focused on being a vessel for stories that go overlooked and that come from the voices of the frequently silenced and marginalized people of our society. Most recently Christin played Isabella in AOA’s Spring production of William Shakespeare’s Measure for Measure and Victoria in The Motherfucker With The Hat.


Victor Daniel

Seth
Victor was born and raised in Chula Vista, CA. He recently graduated from the Stella Adler Art of Acting Studio with an MFA Equivalent. There, he performed roles such as: Hamlet in Hamlet and Cousin Julio in The MotherF*** With The Hat. He is excited to join the theatre profession in LA and would like to thank you for supporting!


Nicole Ohara

Franny
Nicole is a Hapa actor, writer, and producer. She is on a mission to build a body of work that guides people on a journey of self-discovery and awareness. Nicole strives to tell stories about people who feel overlooked, lost, and struggle to find meaning in this world. A graduate of the Stella Adler Art of Acting Studio her recent credits include: Small & Mighty (English Dub) on Disney+, Mortuus Est.: Legacy on Spotify, Found Family winner of the Paris Film Festival Best LGBTQ, & Producer of Gummy Worm (Hollywood Fringe Best Comedy Nominee & Encore Producers’ Award Winner). Nicole is on a mission to build a body of work that takes people on a journey of self-discovery and awareness. She hopes to create art that brings us one step closer to healing.


Julie Amuedo

U: Franny
With a BA in Theater from Truman State University, Julie began appeared in regional productions in St. Louis, Missouri before moving to Los Angeles. She was Catherine in "Proof" with Moonstone Theater Company and Beth/Mother in "Breadcrumbs" with R-S Theatrics. Other credits include “Two of Every Animal” with SATE, “The Food Monologues” with OverDue Theater, “Khakis” and “Playdate” by Scott Wisdom in the St. Louis Film Festival and the St. Louis Public Radio Theater Showcase with both Midnight Theater and R-S Theatrics. "All this Intimacy" is Julie's first stage managing and Los Angeles acting experience, and she is honored to be a part of the launch of Street Rat Media's successful future.

AKA Pastiche Queen is a non-binary, Latindigenous, interdisciplinary performance artist from Denver, CO currently based in Hollywood. Their work as an actor and slam poet has been featured on AppleTV’s “Dear: Viola Davis”, Facebook’s “Queer Community Leaders of Color Initiative”, and various stages around LA. Most recently, they were one of the Artists in Residence at CalArts REDCAT in conjunction with Da Poetry Lounge.
