Music Hall is one of Cincinnati's most iconic buildings, and a National Historic Landmark. It's also said to be haunted! Many of the stories about Music Hall have deep historical roots, most stemming from the early days of the city, and the graveyards located in the area. For those who are fascinated by the history and paranormal potential of this unique venue, the Cincinnati Arts Association is pleased to present a variety of Ghost Hunting opportunities that will showcase a side of Music Hall not often seen by patrons attending performances.

These after-hours adventures will be led by Cincinnati Research & Paranormal Studies (CR&PS), a local organization dedicated to investigating, documenting, and researching claims of the paranormal. Participants at all levels of experience are welcome, whether they are new to ghost hunting or seasoned paranormal investigators.

All Hallows Eve Paranormal Investigation
Sunday, October 31, 2010 *
9:00 PM - 1:00 AM
Tickets: $50 per person (limited to 24 participants)

• An in-depth investigation conducted by members of CR&PS designed to observe any paranormal phenomenon using various detection equipment, and to record sessions for, and potentially capture, EVPs (electronic voice phenomenon)

• The investigation is scheduled to last approximately four hours

• A maximum number of 24 participants will be scheduled to participate in three groups of eight, each accompanied by two CR&PS team members

Guided Ghost Tours

7:00 - 9:00 PM
Tickets: $25 per person (limited to 40 participants per tour)

• A less in-depth experience than the Paranormal Investigation, the Guided Tours will focus on the paranormal past and present that has been discovered at Music Hall.

• The tours are scheduled to last approximately two hours

• A maximum number of 40 participants will be scheduled to participate

Both the Paranormal Investigation and the Guided Tours will include the following:

• Participants will learn about Music Hall's founding and history, much of which relates to the potential for paranormal activity.

• Participants will learn about the various experiences of visitors and staff, past and present, relating to paranormal happenings.

• Participants are encouraged to bring their own detection equipment (although none is required).

• Groups will visit various areas within Music Hall, including the auditorium, ballroom, Corbett Tower, and backstage

• CR&PS will post all findings on their website at www.cincyghosthunters.com, where participants can find additional information about these Music Hall investigations as well as prior investigations
