Internet sensation Team StarKid will be joined by special guests George Watsky and The Gregory Brothers during two sold-out stops of The SPACE Tour (StarKid Precarious Auditory Concert Experience), November 20 and 27, respectively. The tour, which features a cast of StarKid veterans performing hits from the company's original comedy musicals A Very Potter Musical, A Very Potter Sequel, Me and My Dick, and Starship, runs for 21 performances across 15 cities, November 4 - 27, 2011.
Due to fan excitement about the tour and Team StarKid's devoted national (and international) following, tickets for most engagements of The SPACE Tour sold out in minutes. Tickets, priced $22 - $35, are currently only available in select cities, and may be purchased via Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com.

Rapper and poet George Watsky will join will join The SPACE Tour as a special guest at The Fillmore Silver Spring, November 20 at 8 p.m. (SOLD OUT). Born and raised in San Francisco and now based in Los Angeles, Watsky is a Brave New Voices National Poetry Slam champion whose quirky, funny and honest lyrics have netted him over 40 million online views and counting. He has appeared on "Russell Simmons Presents Def Poetry" and "Funny as Hell" on HBO, "Last Call with Carson Daly," and the "Ellen Degeneres Show," twice. George's debut album 'Watsky' cracked the iTunes hip hop chart top 10 and he will soon release a new EP featuring StarKid Dylan Saunders.
The Gregory Brothers will appear for one performance at New York's Gramercy Theater, Sunday,
November 27 at 4 p.m. (SOLD OUT). Best known as the creators of the YouTube series, "Auto-Tune the News," this unique music and comedy group includes Michael Gregory (drums/vocals), Andrew Rose Gregory (guitar/vocals), Evan Gregory on (keys/vocals), and Sarah Fullen Gregory (bass/vocals). The Gregory Brothers tour the country speaking at colleges, playing at rock and Comedy Clubs, and are in the process of making a pilot for Comedy Central. They have spoken at Google ZeitGeist, MacWorld, GEL, VidCon, Web 2.0 Expo, about how they combine music, technical savvy, and humor to reach millions. Their hit "The Bed Intruder Song" was the first YouTube video to cross over onto the Billboard Hot 100. The Gregory Brothers have also collaborated with T-Pain, Weezer, Joel Madden, Tosh.0, Adidas, NPR, Sony Electronics, Chipotle, "The Cleveland Show" and were featured on "The 83rd Annual Academy Awards." They are also the proud winners of two Webby Awards and were recipients of one of the inaugural Comedy Awards.
Appearing on all stops of The SPACE Tour will be fan favorites Jaime Lyn Beatty, Brian Holden, Lauren Lopez, Joey Richter, Dylan Saunders, Meredith Stepien, and Joseph Walker. The tour features a live band of Charlene Kaye (guitar), Clark Baxtresser (keyboard), Mark Swiderski (drums), and Carlos Valdes (bass). The concert will include the greatest hits from Team StarKid's comedy musicals such as "Granger Danger," "Kick it Up a Notch," "Ready to Go," and many more. Featured songs were originally composed by StarKid co-founder Darren Criss, who is currently a series regular on the FOX hit "Glee," and A.J. Holmes, now appearing in the National Tour of Young Frankenstein as "Dr. Frankenstein." The tour is directed by Julia Albain, with choreography by Lauren Lopez, music direction by Clark Baxtresser, and production design by Corey Lubowich, with assistance from Sarah Petty. StarKid Nick Lang serves as an Artistic Consultant.
As previously announced, Darren Criss, star of the FOX hit series "Glee," will join his fellow StarKids for the two SOLD OUT shows at New York's Irving Plaza, Saturday, November 26 at 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. Opening on tour is singer-songwriter Charlene Kaye who brings her unique mix of soul, dancehall pop, and rock and roll to the tour. The show will also include a special appearance by Jim and the Povolos, an acoustic band featuring Beatty, Holden, Lopez, Saunders, Stepien, Baxtresser and Swiderski.
Originally hailing from the University of Michigan, and now based in Chicago, Team StarKid is a true Cinderella story for the modern age. To date, StarKid has garnered over 97 million views and 185,000 subscribers on YouTube, 160,000 Facebook fans, and 74,000 Twitter followers worldwide, and captured the attention of national media such as Entertainment Weekly, The Hollywood Reporter, "Access Hollywood," "Entertainment Tonight," NPR, and MTV. StarKid first invaded the internet in July 2009 with A Very Potter Musical - a parody that premiered on YouTube and immediately went viral. Filmed at a live performance through University of Michigan's Basement Arts, the show was an instant hit and quickly garnered nearly 2 million views. In March 2010, StarKid's second production, Me and My Dick, debuted at #11 on the Billboard charts for "Original Cast Recording" - a first for a college production. The show solidified StarKid as a real player in comedy musicals and grabbed national attention. In May 2010, StarKid returned with A Very Potter Sequel, receiving over 4,000 ticket requests for 400 available seats. The production - which was named to Entertainment Weekly's "Must List" - premiered to packed houses with fans from across the country lining up for hours. This past February, StarKid's first Chicago production, Starship, sold out in less than one week. After its premiere, the show debuted to sold-out screenings in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago before hitting the internet in April. The cast album, featuring original music and lyrics by Darren Criss, went to #1 on Billboard for "Original Cast Recording" and peaked at #4 on iTunes.

VIP tickets, priced from $50 to $70 (sold out), include a pre-show meet and greet, tour poster, lanyard, and laminate. Tickets are general admission and priced based on individual venue. This is an "all ages" tour.
