THE BIG MEAL is coming to Hong Kong City Hall Theatre, running May 5 to May 27. The show premiered Off-Broadway in 2012 and was nominated for Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Play.
THE BIG MEAL follows the stories of five generations of family as they sit down for meals together. This is a fast-paced, comedic view of familial relationships as the years pass. With eight actors collectively playing 26 different roles, there is no time to rest on this engaging journey.
This production will be presented in Cantonese with Chinese and English subtitles. It features translation by Anthony Chan and a stellar cast of: Lui Si Lan, Chow Chi Fai, Mercy Wong, Wang Wei, ManMan Kwok, Eddy Au Yeung, Regan Tong, Tom Yan, Yives Hon, and Nate Leung.
