An epic and humorous tale of family dynamics and political strategy, with some of the sharpest and wittiest dialog ever written for the stage. It’s Christmas, 1183, and King Henry II of England must choose an heir to the throne from his three sons. His wife, Eleanor, is on hand for the holidays after being in prison for conspiring with the kids to overthrow him. Part comedy, part drama, the sibling rivalries and marital sparing take on new heights with the crown of England at stake.
Starring Wayne Mell and Debra Criche Mell, featuring Michael Dalberg, Shawn Hansen, Kelley Holcomb, Ben Isabel, and David Towne
