Las Locas Comedy is bringing the fuego to The Revival in the South Loop for a special One Night Only comedy fiesta! Featuring a powerhouse lineup of hilarious Latina and Latinx comedians, this show is packed with hilarious jokes, bold storytelling about our lives and culture, and unfiltered fun including Comedy Central’s Marcella Arguello and Chicago Reader’s Best Stand Up Comedian 2022 and 2023 Deanna Ortiz.

The Revival is inspired by the history of improv in Chicago which – next to jazz music – has been called “America’s other great contribution to the arts.” And, in 2015, The Revival returned improvisation to Chicago’s Historic South Side. Since then, we have built a thriving, multi-purpose, performing arts company that offers live performances, classes, and workshops to people from across the city of Chicago and beyond!

Marcella was also the creative mind behind Women Crush Wednesdays, the longest-running all-female standup show in Los Angeles, spotlighting diverse voices in comedy. Now based in Chicago, she continues producing dynamic comedy shows with Comedy is Dead at Lincoln Lodge.  With her electric stage presence and whip-smart perspective, Marcella consistently leaves audiences laughing, thinking, and wanting more.
