Jesnaira was born and raised in the Humboldt Park neighborhood Chicago. She first stepped on stage as a dare from a friend. After a few open mics, she fell in love with stand-up comedy. Since then, she has been traveling to perform at colleges, showcases, and comedy clubs across the country. This funny lady has been exciting crowds with her unique brand of comedy where she talks about her family life, relationships, and being a teacher. She has shared the stage with Steve Byrne, Deon Cole, and D.L Hughley just to name a few. In addition to stand up comedy, as an actress she has appeared in the films Widow and Candy Man and has TV credits for appearances on Empire.
