“Queen of Folk” Bonnie Koloc is the definitive voice of female folk music in Chicago. Together with peers like John Prine and Steve Goodman, Koloc established the Chicago folk music scene. Koloc’s style is ever-evolving and her expressive voice always stuns. Her enduring and versatile voice has been heard in Chicago since 1968 when she performed at The Earl of Old Town, where she developed a huge following that stood on winter nights, wrapped around the block to catch her next set.
