Winners have been announced for the 2017 BroadwayWorld Chicago Awards, honoring productions which opened between October 2016 and September 2017.
Writers Theatre's World Premiere production of TREVOR THE MUSICAL won 8 Resident Equity awards including Best Actor in a Musical (Eli Tokash), Best Actress in a Musical (Salisha Thomas) and Best New Work.
Pride Films and Plays led the Resident Non-Equity Awards with 10 wins including Best Actress in a Musical (Honey West), Best Actor in a Play (Vincent Kracht), Best Actress in a Play (Steph Vondell) Best Ensemble of a Play (THE NANCE), Best Ensemble of a Musical (PRISCILLA, QUEEN OF THE DESERT) and Best Music Direction (Robert Ollis)

Nominations were reader-submitted and after the nomination period ended, BroadwayWorld's local editors proofed the list for eligibility and errors.
