Don't miss a hilarious night of comedy at Raue Center For The Arts when WSR Comedy takes the main stage on July 21, 2016 at 8 p.m. as part of Williams Street TheatreFEST!

WSR Comedy began in 2013 as a weekend improv comedy workshop hosted by Chicago's Second City (WSR Comedy is one of the few suburban Second City certified troupes). At first, WSR Improv performed late night after Raue Center's Lucy's Comedy Café, but the audience response was so positive that Raue Center decided to move WSR Improv to its own night.

As the troupe's following grew, so did its membership. In spring 2015, the troupe added a sketch show to its already popular improv lineup in an effort to accommodate the growing pool of talent. This past December, the troupe decided to combine sketch and improv for their Holiday Spectacular. The sold-out crowd was proof they were onto something great and WSR Comedy was born!

Tickets for WSR Comedy are $10 and may be purchased at the door. Check out wsrep.org for more information about WSRep Comedy as well as the most updated list of troupe members.
