Vision, Faith, & Desire II: Dancemakers Inspired by Martha Graham will be co-presented by Winifred Haun & Dancers and the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE). The program will feature works by: Randy Duncan, Winifred Haun, Lizzie Leopold and former Graham principal dancer, Paul Sansardo. Jeff Hancock will premiere a new work. The program will also include the premiere of a new "Lamentation Variation," choreographed by Winifred Haun, using the creative structure provided by The Martha Graham Center of Contemporary Dance, as part their Lamentation Project. Full programming details will be released in early January 2014.

Vision, Faith, & Desire (VFD) began in early 2013 as a collaborative venture between Ms. Haun and
Ms. Leopold. The project's goal is to provide a platform for artists to situate their choreographic voices within the rich historical lineage of modern dance. VFD II represents a continuation of this goal by presenting artists who are part of the lineage of Martha Graham's technique and choreography. For its inaugural event in September 2013, VFD garnered great critical acclaim, including features in the Huffington Post, Chicago Tonight's (WTTW) new ArtBeat: Inside the Arts Blog, Dance Teacher magazine, RogueBallerina.com, and many others.

Vision, Faith, & Desire II: Dancemakers Inspired by Martha Graham will be presented:
Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 6, 7, and 8 at 7:00pm
on the Jay Pritzker Pavilion stage (in doors, with a beautiful glass structure enclosing the stage)
201 E. Randolph in Chicago's Millennium Park.

Tickets for the concerts are $15 and can be purchased on-line at BrownPaperTickets.com http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/506275 or at the door. Seating is general admission.
