This new show combines classic material from The Second City archives to celebrate the best of what the Windy City has to offer in the summer. The Second City's Summer Blockbuster: Now in 4-D! runs through August 31, 2014 at UP Comedy Club, located at 230 W North Ave, 3rd Floor of Piper's Alley, Chicago.
The polar vortex is ancient history, beaches are open, tourists are swarming Navy Pier: it's time for a legendary Chicago summer, and The Second City's Summer Blockbuster is this season's can't-miss show! Break out your flip-flops and relax with a margarita as childhood friends relive uproarious misadventures on a basketball court, a female wrestler learns the finer points of smack-talking, and the world's most epic rundown erupts at a White Sox game. After a day of fun in the sun, enjoy a few hours of Chicago-style air-conditioned hilarity...now in 4-D!
