The Revival Announces HYDE YA KIDS, HYDE YA PARK! 1/20/18 - 2/24/18

HYDE YA KIDS, HYDE YA PARK! opens SATURDAY, JANUARY 20TH at 7:30pm and plays every SATURDAY at 7:30pm through FEBRUARY 24TH. Two special previews will be performed on Saturday, January 6th and 13th (7:30pm). Tickets can be purchased at www.the-revival.com.

The South Side is experiencing a wave of laughter and everyone's on alert! The Revival's Winter Sketch Comedy Revue - HYDE YA KIDS, HYDE YA PARK! - delivers a montage of fierce, silly sketches. Scenes include a musical interpretation of graduate student unionization; a sitcom based in Barack Obama's former law school days; and a women's rap rebuttal to male privilege. America is changing fast y'all! You better HYDE YA KIDS, HYDE YA PARK!

The Revival is a new comedy theater in Hyde Park dedicated to reflecting the diversity of Chicago's South Side. Inspired by the legacy of the Compass Players, The Revival brings improvisational comedy back to the same spot where it was born. The 150-seat, cabaret-style theater features a range of programming including sketch comedy, improv, standup, music and more. The Revival is located at 1160 E. 55th St. in Hyde Park.
