Chicago comedians Elizabeth Gomez and Amy Sumpter host the all female comedy showcase at The Book Cellar. the kates features a semi-monthly line-up of the city's funniest, most talented comedians as well as emerging female comic performers.
The show is produced by Kelsie Huff, founder of the kates and instructor at the kates university Register for Level 1: All-Female Stand-Up classes HERE. The next shows will take place on Jan 12th and 27th at 7 p.m. at The Book Cellar (4736-38 N. Lincoln Ave.). There is a $10 suggested donation and it is a PG-13 show. Future shows will take place on the second Friday and last Saturday of every month.
