Wicker Park sports bar and comfort food restaurant The Fifty/50 (2047 W Division St) will unveil its "Three Martini Lunch" to the public on Wednesday, January 27.
"The Three Martini Lunch" - designed to let patrons eat and drink like a robber baron and pay like a pauper - is a three-course prix fixe meal that includes the following:
* Three full size 10oz Ketel One vodka or Tanque
Ray Gin martinis (regularly $10 each)
* "The BLT Salad" of romaine, smoked bacon, egg, blue cheese crumbles, and cherry tomatoes (regularly $8)
* "Skirt Steak On Garlic Bread" that's an orange-honey teriyaki marinated skirt steak sandwich topped with fried onions on garlic bread (regularly $13)
* "Sweet Potato Pecan Pie" with bourbon glaze and Tahitian vanilla whipped cream (regularly $6)
If all items above were ordered separately, the cost would be $57. However, "The Three Martini Lunch" costs only $35. Also, "The Three Martini Lunch" will appear on customers' bill unitemized will simply read "Prix Fixe Lunch" that will make it easy for expensing.
"The Three Martini Lunch" will be available to the public from 11am-3pm Monday through Friday at The Fifty/50 starting on Wednesday, January 27.
