The Chicago Fringe Artists Networking Night 2012 will include twenty presentations created by over 50 Chicago artists. It will be hosted by the Red Tape Theatre Company, 621 W. Belmont, at 8pm on April 14.
This year’s Chicago Fringe Artists Networking Night performance showcase, curated by dance artist Melissa Ganser and Alex Kyger (Les Enfants Terribles) features a diverse set of emerging and established dance artists alongside some of Chicago’s most exciting physical theatre performers. Also new for this year is a durational performance installation by an interdisciplinary team of artists headed by Anna Henson. Henson will transform Red Tape’s lobby in to an immersive, interactive performance experience not to be missed.
About the show: "CFANN brings together artists and arts enthusiasts for an evening of performances, installations, and tasty treats from neighborhood eateries. Red Tape is known for its transformative space, and CFANN is no exception. Guests will find themselves in a cool, lounge style venue surrounded by provocative intersections of visual, interactive and performance art."
