Andrew Lloyd Webber's one woman musical
Tell Me On A Sunday.
Tell Me On A Sunday is a re-working of the song-cycle portion of 1980's West End hit
Song and Dance which tells the story of British transplant Emma -- a fierce 30 year old hat designer determined to find love and success under the bright lights of New York City. Told entirely from Emma's perspective, we follow her through heartbreaks, triumphs and discoveries of all that urban single life has to offer. Loaded with songs such as "Unexpected Song", "Take That Look Off Your Face", and the title song "Tell Me On A Sunday", this show is also a glimpse into the song-writing genius that is
Andrew Lloyd Webber.
There is one preview performance on Sunday, August 10th at 7:00 with $15 tickets. Opening Night is August 11th at 7 pm and tickets are $25 which includes reception. Regular performances are Wednesday Friday and Saturday at 8:00, and Sunday at 7:00. Tickets prices for run are $20 on Wednesday, $25 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Artistic Associates Elisa Woodruff and Kate Garassino team up as Director and Producer respectively. They are joined by Jeff Award Winning Musical Director of
Cabaret Joshua Stephen Kartes. Stage Management is by Jay Kennedy, Production Coordination by Deanna Cox, Costumes by Jeff Jones. Woodruff has directed at several Chicago theaters, including Bailiwick's Jeff Recommended premiere of
Zanna Don't in 2007.
Chicago theater veteran Harmony France stars as the defiant and beautiful Emma. Most recently seen at the Bailiwick as Xandra in the American Premiere of
Jerry Springer: The Opera and artistic director of Blue Moon Studio Theater, Harmony brings an intelligence and warmth to the character of Emma.

The Phantom of the Opera directed by
Joel Schumacher and in 2009 he will premiere his sequel to
The Phantom of the Opera which will be directed by the award-winning director
Jack O'Brien. In 2006 he oversaw a new production of
Evita in London, a unique version of
The Phantom of the Opera in Las Vegas and pioneered television casting for musical theatre with the hit BBC series How Do You Solve A Problem Like Maria? which searched for a Maria in
The Sound of Music. The series won an international Emmy. He repeated his success with Any Dream Will Do which cast the title role of
Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and he will cast the musical
Oliver! for the BBC later this year. =His awards include seven Tonys, three Grammys including Best Contemporary Classical Composition for Requiem, seven Oliviers, a Golden Globe, an Oscar, two International Emmys, the Praemium Imperiale, the Richard Rodgers award for Excellence in Musical Theatre and the Kennedy Center Honor. He currently owns seven London theatres including the Theatre Royal Drury Lane and the London Palladium. He was knighted in 1992 and created an honorary life peer in 1997.
