Steven Brinberg’s Simply Barbra! Comes To Chicago For One Night

The world's premier Streisand impressionist Steven Bringberg has performed on national TV shows The Rosie O'Donnel Show, Sally Jessy Raphael and at Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, London's Royal Albert Hall (with Elton John and George Michael), as well as touring regularly with symphonies with Oscar, Grammy and Tony Award- winning composer Marvin Hamlisch (who wrote the Streisand classic The Way We Were) will also be performing songs from Streisand's just released CD What Matters Most and other classics from her 50 year recording legacy.

Steven Brinberg writes and stars as Simply Barbra! which has been performed to world wide acclaim. He has appeared with Marvin Hamlisch and the symphony orchestras of Dallas, Milwaukee, Buffalo, Norfolk, and with Barbara Cook and the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center and at Heinz Hall in Pittsburgh. He recently narrated the New York City Gay Men's Chorus concert at Avery Fisher Hall, written especially for him by Terrence McNally. Mr. Brinberg has performed at Stephen Sondheim's birthday concert at the Library of Congress; at Carnegie Hall with Uptown Express; and on Broadway in the concert version of Funny Girl with Whoopi Goldberg.
