On Thursday, December 31, the Hemmens Cultural Center welcomes back WGN radio personality/comedian Steve Cochran for his annual New Year's Eve event: the New Year's Eve Show for People Who Can't Stay Awake Until Midnight. Join Steve and comedians Tim Clue, Patti Vasquez and John DaCosse, and special musical guest Ron Hawking, as they ring in the New Year (well, it will be the New Year in Newfoundland). This show is family-friendly and appropriate for adults and kids.
Enjoy comedy and music in the comfortable surroundings of The Hemmens Cultural Center, where no seat is further than 90 feet from the stage.

Come early and enjoy dinner at one of Elgin's many excellent restaurants or strap on your ice skates and enjoy Elgin's City Skate, located directly in front of The Hemmens.

Tickets are priced to move; but you'll want to move quickly:
