Daylabor Dreamin' is a sketch comedy show exploring the current wave of minority empowerment culminating from being once thought of being a small player in popular culture to now being a force to be reckoned with. Salsation ponders the universal theme through the prism of the Latino experience. From taking a look at who really runs the economy's Fortune 500 companies to seeing how technology we depend on can have its biases to overcoming the challenges to obtain equal rights at a DMV, Daylabor Dreamin' sets the stage in an attempt answer "What's next?" for the next generation of Americans.
All-new Salsation cast members have been put together for this revue. Salsation was created in 1998 and became a non-for-profit theatre company in 2002. Cast members range from Brazilian, European, Mexican, and Puerto Rican backgrounds.
