Raue Center's Tribute Artist Series to Feature The Beatles, Pink Floyd and More

Mark your calendars and get ready to Rock the Raue! Raue Center For The Arts is excited to announce the 2016/2017 Tribute Artist Series. This series features something for all fans of rock-n-roll, with fantastic tributes to music of The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Santana and more!

Raue Center kicks off the Tribute Artist Series with Close to You: The Music of the Carpenters on October 30, 2016! The beautiful and unforgettable music of the Carpenters returns to the stage through the spot-on renditions of the classics performed by Lisa Rock and her six-piece band in this hit tribute show.

Rock the Raue and experience the music of The Beatles with American English on January 7, 2017! American English is widely considered the greatest Beatles tribute band of our time and the band has earned a number of accolades since its inception. In addition to being named Illinois Entertainer of the Year, American English has been voted winner of the sound-alike contest at Beatlefest for three consecutive years and was also voted "Best Tribute Band" three of the last for years in the Chicagoland area.

Raue Center's Tribute Artist Series continues with a performance by Pink Droyd on March 4, 2017. Known as the ultimate Pink Floyd tribute band, Pink Droyd features an all-star lineup with over 50 years of experience in Pink Floyd tribute bands between them. From building "The Wall" to visiting "The Dark Side of the Moon," Pink Droyd spans the Pink Floyd catalogue with theatrical performances of the most memorable hits as well as some of the beloved obscure tracks.

Raue Center is excited to announce Black Water Magic as the newest addition to the Tribute Artist Series! Blackwater Magic brings together six phenomenal musicians and two veteran tribute bands, Supernatural and China Grove, in a tribute to the music and live performances of Santana and the Doobie Brothers. Blackwater Magic will rock the Raue on May 20, 2017.
