During three marquee weekend Friday and Saturday nights, ROOF on theWit hosts an exclusive sensual immersion, complete with Chef Nathan Sears' finest inspired cuisine, unique cocktails and diverse entertainment. The eagerly awaited excursion takes off on Memorial Day weekend, Friday, May 25 and Saturday, May 26 with a trip to Morocco. Guests will be transported to the shores of Casablanca as they dine on a variety of Moroccan themed dishes including Seared Tuna Toast made with charmoula, tahini, onion puree, tomatoes, black lime, and puffed quinoa on sourdough and Eggplant Zaalouk served with shallot confit, argan oil, roasted tomatoes, and warm flatbread.
JetSet will continue with a weekend in the distant paradise of Singapore on Friday, June 22 and Saturday, June 23. With a diverse menu of food items such as Chicken Satay complete with broccoli slaw, peanut dressing, and cucumber, and Singaporean Classic Chili Crab made with king crab legs, white rice, and chili sauce, this celebrated dining and entertainment destination is providing a melting pot of Asian inspired dishes for the second installment of the global summer series. As its last stop on Labor Day weekend, ROOF will take guests to the ultimate summer paradise, Tahiti, on Friday, August 31 and Saturday, September 1. Keeping with the Tahitian theme, Chef Sears will serve a special menu of dishes including Papaya and Avocado Salad served with pickled shrimp and vanilla dressing and Char Sui Pork Shoulder Sliders with pineapple. JetSet weekends start at 2pm.
