The Den Theatre will present its first-ever public dance performance: REPURPOSE by Mary Tarpley, a collection of dance pieces inspired by existing art, playing one weekend only March 22 - 24, 2013 at The Den, 1333 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Chicago's Wicker Park Neighborhood. Tickets are currently available at www.brownpapertickets.com.

Experience seven pieces based on different instigating works of art - from sculpture and visual art to music and theatre. Choreographers Mary Tarpley, Stephanie Paul, Kaitlin Webster and Neile Martin present a different perspective on the way we view and experience art. Enjoy the repurposing of works by Edgar Allan Poe, Henrik Ibsen, Edward Hopper, Kiki Smith and others.

REPURPOSE performers include Katlyn Craig, Jessica Dhear, Neile Martin, Taylor Stewart, Mary Tarpley, Kaitlin Webster, Michael Gee and Mike Steele.
