Big Noise Theatre presents The Odd Couple, opening Friday, January 12, 2018 and running through January 28 at Prairie Lakes Theater, 515 E. Thacker Street in Des Plaines, IL. BroadwayWorld has a sneak peek at the cast in character below!
There's a laugh a second in Neil Simon's hit Broadway play when two suddenly single pals - a sloppy sportswriter and a compulsively tidy news writer - strain their friendship by turning roommates and driving each other crazy! A foolproof comic situation with some of the funniest dialogue ever written.
Directed by Chris Causer, The Odd Couple is led by Neal Goldman as Oscar Madison and Lewis R. Jones as Felix Ungar. The cast features David R. Feiler as Speed, Anthony C. Brown as Murray, Scott Spector as Roy, Scott Schwartz as Vinnie, Gretchen Kimmeth as Gwendolyn Pigeon, and Lauren Fivek as Cecily Pigeon.
The production features scenic design by Ben Lipinski, costume design by Martha Shuford, lighting design by Marissa Geocaris, sound design by Robert Hornbostel, prop design by Debbie Szczesniak and is produced by Brent Walker.
Performances are on Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:30pm and Sunday afternoons at 2pm. Ticket prices range from $16 to $30 for children, students, seniors (65+), and adults.
