How does actor Colin Sphar unwind after appearing in the Chicago premiere of A. Rey Pamatmat's drama AFTER ALL THE TERRIBLE THINGS I DO? Listening to music, of course! Here's what's on his playlist:

Album: PHOX (self-titled debut LP) by Phox
Original release date: June 2014
Label: Partisan Records
What it initially appealed to me: Phox popped up on Pandora for me and caught my ear with their sweet soft acousticy sound. The lead singer is really great and I like their indie-band style. They're pretty new and from Wisconsin, I think they started playing together in high school. Which, now that I'm thinking about it, their sound kinda reminds me of Kara's Flowers (which is who Maroon 5 was in high school) and if you haven't listened to them, that is another rabbit hole totally worth going down!
Must-Listen Track: Shrinking Violets, Slow Motion
Why it's still on my playlist: The more I listen to these guys, the more I enjoy their vibe and their lyrics. They make me happy!
