Daryl Roth, producer of LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE, has announced that Chicago's own Cindy Gold and Whitney White will join the cast of the Chicago production beginning Oct. 25, 2011. Also starring in the Chicago engagement are Taylor Miller (All My Children), beginning Oct. 25, Loretta Swit (MASH), beginning Nov. 8 and original Chicago cast member Roni Geva. Chicago's premier engagement of LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE, which kicked off the show's first national tour on Sep. 18, 2011, is now playing at the Broadway Playhouse at Water Tower Place (175 E. Chestnut St.) through Dec. 4, 2011. Individual tickets are on sale now.

LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE, with its starry cast and wildly entertaining subject matter, is the toast of New York. This intimate collection of stories by Nora Ephron and Delia Ephron and directed by Karen Carpenter, opened in October, 2009 at New York's Westside Theatre to rave reviews and has been extended again and again by popular demand. This collection of vignettes and monologues is based on the best-seller by Ilene Beckerman, as well as on the recollections of the Ephrons' friends. Like the popular book, Love, Loss, And What I Wore uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to.

The Associated Press calls LOVE, LOSS, AND WHAT I WORE, "Funny and Poignant!" The New York Times says, "A show about matters of the heart and matters of the closet!" Forbes calls the show, "An act of brilliance! A must see!" Bloomberg Radio exclaims, "Nora and Delia Ephron are literary alchemists, expert at mixing the sentimental and the satirical and turning out something poignant!" Syndicated columnist Liz Smith says, "Sweet and Saucy! This is an evening that goes directly to the heart, soul and vanity of every woman, young and old!"

Individual tickets range from $68-$78 and are on-sale now through Dec. 4, 2011. A select number of premium seats are also available.
