This delightful holiday production will make children wide-eyed with delight and warm even the smallest of hearts.
After coming across a product called EL Wire, the lights turned on and the possibilities seemed endless to Lightwire Theater co-founders Ian Carney and Corbin Popp. Together, with their wives Eleanor and Whitney, Carney and Popp began to experiment with shapes and designs to develop puppetry-based neon creatures that quickly came to life.
Since then, Carney and Popp have become internationally recognized for their signature brand of electroluminescent artistry, poignant storytelling and musical scores designed to evoke imagery. Lightwire Theater continues to create and deliver innovative theatrical experiences to audiences worldwide and is based out of New Orleans.
Tickets are $20 and may be purchased online at rauecenter.org or via the Box Office at 815.356.9212 or 26 N. Williams Street in downtown Crystal Lake.
