John Manion, Peggy MacNamara, Ted Seymour and More Set for FEAR NO ART at Chicago City Winery Tonight

Fear No ART Chicago presents at Chicago City Winery today, April 1st and May 6, 2013. Today, April 1st will feature guests Chef John Manion of La Sirina Clandestina cooks for Frank Orrall of Poi Dog Pondering, the only Artist in Residence at the Field Museum,Peggy MacNamara, comedian and Vocalo radio host Brian Babylon and all audience members before joining the conversation himself! Manion's appetizer and entree tastings will be paired with a wine tasting from City Winery and chocolate from Vosges. The opening act is Ballet Chicago's resident choreographer, Ted Seymour. May 6th guests will include Chef de Cuisine Sean Pharr of NoMI cooks for (and joins the table with) Lin Brehmer of WXRT, art collector and social Tribune columnist and author of CandidCandace.com, Candace Jordan, and Associate Director of the Timeline Theatre, Nick Bowling. Audience enjoys tastings of appetizers and entrees, paired with wine and chocolate from Vosges. Opening act is Hubbard Street 2. Tickets available soon.

Join host Elysabeth Alfano at Chicago City Winery today, April 1st and May 6th for THE DINNER PARTY, a completely new and different kind of show. Alfano invites 3 cultural luminaries and a celebrity chef who cooks for them. Over food, wine, chocolate and artist performances, the conversations and the unexpected flow. Host Elysabeth Alfano has this to say about the move. "The beautiful Mayne Stage will always be our home and we look forward to returning. But we have had too many requests to bring our show downtown to more people and the Chicago City Winery is the perfect spot for us. We are very excited."

The events will take place today, April 1 and May 6. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Show and food and wine start at 7 pm.
