The record-breaking Chicago Company of Jersey Boys, the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, is thrilled to celebrate its first anniversary in Chicago this October. In celebration of this major event, Jersey Boys will hold a citywide pizza party to commemorate their official anniversary performance Tuesday, October 14, 2008. A month-long benefit in support of the VH1 Save The Music Foundation will continue throughout October in support of Chicago Public School’s music education programs.

Citywide Pizza Party
Jersey Boys is delighted to thank Chicagoans for their support throughout the past year by offering free pizza from 12 – 1 p.m. on Tuesday, October 14 in several locations throughout the city. Pizza lovers may stop by the Bank of America Theatre (18 W. Monroe St.), Couch Place –
James M. Nederlander Way (State St. between Lake and Randolph), Pioneer Court (401 N Michigan Ave) or the Illinois Center Plaza (111 E. Wacker) to pick up a free slice, compliments of
Jersey Boys and Home Run Inn Pizza.
Anniversary PerformanceThe celebration continues Tuesday evening with the
Jersey Boys official anniversary performance at 7:30 p.m. Following the performance,
Jersey Boys ticket holders will be treated to refreshments from Home Run Inn Pizza and Eli’s Cheesecake and a chance to mingle with the cast of
Jersey Boys. Tickets to the anniversary performance are currently on-sale.
VH1 Save The Music Foundation BenefitJersey Boys has also teamed up with the VH1 Save The Music Foundation and will donate a dollar from each ticket sold to an October performance.
Jersey Boys commits to raising enough to fund one of Chicago Public School’s music education programs for a full year. The final donation amount and recipient will be announced at a later date.
The VH1 Save The Music Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education programs in America’s public schools, and raising awareness about the importance of music as part of each child’s complete education.
