At the Thanksgiving buffet, guests will be able to indulge in carved-to-order Roasted Tom Turkey with fresh cranberry relish and Honey Baked Ham with stone ground mustard and dried fruit chutney. The menu also includes Maple Candied Sweet Potatoes and Home-Style Mashed Potatoes. Other specialties will be served such as fresh House-Smoked Salmon, Lake Trout and Shrimp; Chestnut and Sausage Dressing; Green Bean Casserole and Shrimp and Corn Chowder.
