Has this administration got you down? Tired of folks telling you which bathroom to use? LGBTQ friends rejoice - this show lets you exercise your rights as patriots to resist, stand up, and be counted (while looking fabulous doing it)!

Gorilla Tango Originals presents its newest offering: "GoldiSocks and Her Three Bears' Fabulous Fairy Tales of Drag," written by Heather Branham Green, directed by Chris McGriff, which performs Fridays at 9:30pm, April 7 - May 26, 2017, at Gorilla Tango Theatre (1919 N. Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago IL 60647). Tickets are $20. Please visit www.gorillatango.com or call 773-598-4549 for tickets and more information. (To note: GTT doesn't care which bathroom you use, as long as you pee in the toilet.)

Join Talk Show hostess with the mostest (and then some) GoldiSocks and her pack for an evening of full out FAIRYTALE ELEGANZA! Featuring inspired drag numbers and fractured fairytales by Goldie and gal pals Autumn O'Shade & Deejay Vonderthrash. With sexy dance numbers and comedy bits from Three Bears (Sugar, Daddy, and Cubby), pole dancing, ass-shaking contests, and a whirlwind of beloved drag royalty.

The show features three local drag queens (Coco Sho-Nell, a fierce drag performer with roots in musical theatre, her drag daughter Vivian Dejour, and our death droppin drag queen, Kalli Mauri [Kristopher Bottrall]), as well as performers Stanley Escobar, bringing the Body-Ody-Ody as the oh-so-sexy Sugar Bear, Mark West as the warm and fuzzy Daddy Bear, and Graham Thomas Heacock as the cute Cubby Bear.

"GoldiSocks..." is directed by Chris McGriff, who served as the Assistant to the Director for the World Premier of "The Color Purple the Broadway Musical," and also served as Assistant to the Director for New York City Center's Production of "The Wiz" starring Ashanti, Tichnina Arnold, Orlando Jones, Lachanze and Dawn Lewis. He has directed over 75 musicals and plays nationwide, and has toured as the Creative Show Director with major artists such as Missy Elliott and most recently R. Kelly.

Regarding "GoldiSocks..." McGriff says, "This is a big splashy show. It is in essence a musical comedy - it's very nature calls for Glitz, Glam, Glitter Sparkle, and all things Fabulous. There are splashy musical numbers, dancing, and enough side splitting laughter and shade to last you a lifetime."

Gorilla Tango Theatre (GTT) exists to provide entertainment people actually want to see.
