This March, Fox Valley Repertory presents a variety of musical performances and comedy, including: FVR Youth Ensemble's colorful Seussical Jr., the four-star comedy of family vacations Leaving Iowa, the St. Patrick's Day favorite Flanagan's Wake, a tribute to the Eagles with Heartache Tonight, and Fox Valley Rep's production of the hit Off-Broadway musical, Always Patsy Cline, at Pheasant Run Resort (4051 E. Main St., St. Charles, IL; 630-584-6342).

Fox Valley Rep's family vacation comedy Leaving Iowa continues to take the Fox Valley area down memory lane. Directed by award-winning Rachel Rockwell, journalist Don Browning is searching for the perfect spot to scatter his father's ashes. As he travels the paths his family took on their annual vacations, images of his father and the shared family tortures surround his memories. The result is a touching comedy about recounting youth and family vacations. Leaving Iowa is now playing through March 13 with regular performance times of Friday and Saturday at 8pm, and Sunday at 2pm. Tickets are $29-$39.

The Fox Valley Repertory Youth Ensemble proudly presents Seussical Jr., a fun filled experience for the entire family, from the "smallest of small to the tallest of all." Nineteen talented actors from the western suburbs, ages 8-16, will bring all of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters to life, including Horton the Elephant, Lazy Mayzie, Gertrude McFuzz, the Grinch, all of the Whos of Whoville, and the beloved Cat in the Hat! Seussical Jr. will be presented Saturdays, February 26 and March 5 & 12 at 10:30 am; Friday, March 4 at 10:30 am; and Sunday, February 27 at 7 pm on the Pheasant Run Resort Mainstage. Tickets are $15 for adults; $12 for children 12 and under.

Back by popular demand, Flanagan's Wake returns to Pheasant Run for one night only. In this interactive Irish comedy now running in its 16th year throughout the U.S., audience members are transported to the Emerald Isle to grieve as only the Irish can. They can share tales of their own experiences and misadventures about dear old Flanagan, or simply enjoy the stories and songs of the locals as they recall life with "Himself." Flanagan's Wake will be presented on Friday, March 11 at 8pm only. Tickets are $29.

Capture the excitement and power of one of the world's most popular rock bands, The Eagles, with Heartache Tonight. With soaring harmonies and note-perfect renditions, you'll be living life in the fast lane when you relive all of the classic Eagles hits on the intimate Pheasant Run mainstage with popular hits, including Take It Easy, Life in the Fast Lane, Hotel California, Tequila Sunrise and more. Heartache Tonight has shared the stage at venues including House Of Blues, Hard Rock Café, Taste Of Chicago and Wrigley Field, with some of the biggest names in rock, including the Doobie Brothers, Jimmy Buffett, America and Joe Cocker. Heartache Tonight plays on Saturday, March 19 at 8pm. Tickets are $29.

Fox Valley Rep's will stage 'the sweetest musical this side of heaven' with Always Patsy Cline. More than just a tribute to the late legendary country singer, this Off-Broadway musical recounts Cline's true friendship with a fan from Houston, whom she befriended at a Texas honky tonk and remained pen pals with until her early death. Complete with down home country humor and true emotion, this 1960s tribute includes many of Patsy's unforgettable hits such as Crazy, I Fall to Pieces, Sweet Dreams and Walking After Midnight. Always Patsy Cline begins March 24 and runs through May 15 with regular performance times of Friday and Saturday at 8pm, and Sunday at 2pm. Various Thursday performances are also available. Tickets are $29-$39.

Ample free parking and valet services are available at Pheasant Run Resort. The resort and theater is wheelchair accessible and hearing amplification systems are available. Ask the box office about dinner packages with Pheasant Run Resort's award-winning Harvest Steak & Seafood Restaurant and the newly remodeled Garden Atrium.
