Fox Valley Rep Announces $100,000 Fundraiser

Fox Valley Repertory announces a unique fundraising program that invites local community members and FVR supporters to rise to a $100,000 Challenge.

With today's economic climate, nonprofits such as Fox Valley Rep rely heavily on donations to offset the struggle of declining ticket sales. Fox Valley Rep hopes that 'teamwork will make the dreamwork' possible by calling for 100 of their supporters, board members, academy parents, subscribers, and friends to join in on this collaborative effort of raising funds for the nonprofit theater company. Each of the 100 Top Club members will reach out to their top 10 contacts to procure a donation of $100. Together, the goal is to collect 1,000 gifts, $100 each, totaling to $100,000.

"Fox Valley Repertory has certainly earned its good reputation through hard work, dedication, and determination, and I can't think of a better organization to support through this fun and unique fundraising campaign," says FVR Development Manager Sandy Shelby. "I hope that our community members and leaders will step up to join our Top 100 Club, and help us reach this goal."

Fox Valley Repis a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit theater company in residence at the Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles; dedicated to creating an engaging theater experience by producing shows that inspire you to laugh, reflect, and reconnect to moments in your life. Fox Valley Rep is currently staging the critic-acclaimed midlife comedy, SIRENS, directed by Wheaton native and FVR Artistic Director John Gawlik. The award-winning Fox Valley Rep Performing Arts Academy is ready for their late fall session to begin in November, featuring numerous acting, audition, and music theater programs for ages 3-22.
