WILMETTE THEATRE EDUCATION PROJECT (WTEP) was initiated in the fall of 2007 to promote the visual and performing arts and make them available to all populations regardless of age, race, income or ability. The goal of WTEP is to provide a variety of opportunities to experience and connect with the arts through performances, classes, educational workshops, outreach, and partnerships for residents of Chicago, the North Shore suburbs, and its collar counties. The target populations include those that are inherently at risk and undeserved: youth, the disadvantaged, and the elderly.
FOILED AGAIN has been keeping cabaret hip, young, and classy with their tight vocal harmonies since 2001. Their Joni Mitchell tribute show DARK CAFE DAYS helped them earn critical acclaim and an After Dark Award for Outstanding Cabaret Performance. Their holiday show has quickly become a holiday tradition for many Chicago audiences. A funny, warm, musically-amazing look at the holidays, and the things we all find ourselves wishing for, whether it be for a new toy, some peace and quiet, or even good old-fashioned love.
