A story of PTSD before it had a name, Home Front, by James Duff is the story of a young Vietnam Veteran returning home to his 'normal' life and the fiasco that results when his family attempts to host a Thanksgiving Dinner.
Home Front explores the themes of family dynamic, generational conflict, communication barriers and, of course, the stresses brought on by being a soldier in combat.
Home Front is directed by Jimmy Binns, Founding Artistic Director of Noble Fool Theater Company and co-creator of "Flanagan's Wake", and features ensemble member Kimberly Logan (most recently seen performing at Circle Theatre in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof").
Home Front runs now through November 15 at the EP Theater located at 1920 S Halsted. Tickets are $15 and can be purchased at www.brownpapertickets.com.
