Drury Lane, 100 Drury Lane, will host a festive Thanksgiving Buffet on Thursday, November 24 from noon until 5 p.m. The buffet, which is a popular annual tradition, will include a delicious selection of fall favorites and other specialties. Starters include Chilled Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce, Smoked Gravlax with Cream Cheese, Bruschetta, Deviled Eggs, freshly baked Breads, Muffins, and Rolls, assorted International Cheeses with Crackers, Fresh Seasonal Vegetables, and Garden, Spinach, Caesar and Crabmeat Salads. Heartier fare includes Meatballs with Marinara Sauce, Cheese Manicotti, Italian Sausage with Sweet Bell Peppers, Baked Norwegian Salmon, Crab Cakes, Candied Sweet Potatoes with Marshmallow Topping, Honey Glazed Acorn Squash, Homemade Country-Style Rigatoni and Fresh Egg Fettuccini with Chef's Choice of Sauce.
At the Carving Station guests are invited to indulge in Slow-Roasted Turkey, Baked Virginia Ham with Honey Mustard, and Roast Leg of Lamb with trimmings including Traditional Herb Stuffing, Homemade Butter-Whipped Mashed Potatoes, and a delicious Turkey Gravy. A Kids' Station features Pizza, Chicken Fingers, Corn Dogs and Tater Tots. A sumptuous Dessert Buffett includes a selection of homemade Pumpkin, Apple and Pecan Pies; Chocolate Mousse; Pumpkin Cheesecake; Crème Brûlée; Rice Pudding; a variety of gourmet Tortes; an Ice Cream Sundae Station; and a Fresh Fruit Station.
