Cuna To Host Two Valentine's Day Dinner Seatings

Cuna, the contemporary Lakeview neighborhood bar serving globally-inspired shareable plates from chef Kendal Duque, will offer two seatings for prix-fixe Valentine's Day dinners with wine pairings on Sunday, February 14.

Early Seating
The early seating for Valentine's Day at Cuna is between 5:30pm-6:30pm on Sunday, February 14 for a three-course, prix-fixe dinner with three glasses of wine.

Guests will choose ONE of the following three appetizers: Sweet Potato Soup with yogurt and herbs; OR Baby Beet Salad with prosciutto, goat cheese and honey-mustard vinaigrette; OR Saffron Seafood Risotto with mascarpone and tarragon. Guests will choose ONE of the following three entrees: Crispy Cauliflower with lentils and golden raisin-hazelnut vinaigrette; OR Roasted Cobia with brussels sprouts, wild mushrooms and cashew vinaigrette; OR Braised Beef Shot Ribs with black kale, celery root puree and parsley sauce. Dessert will be chocolate and cookies. A glass of wine will come with the appetizer, a glass of wine will come with the entree, and a glass of wine will come with dessert.

Late Seating
The late seating for Valentine's Day at Cuna is between 8pm-9pm on Sunday, February 14 for a four-course, prix-fixe dinner with three glasses of wine.

Guests will receive a Kushhi Oyster with cucumber sauce as the first course. Guests will choose ONE of the following three appetizers: Sweet Potato Soup with yogurt and herbs; OR Baby Beet Salad with prosciutto, goat cheese and honey-mustard vinaigrette; OR Saffron Seafood Risotto with mascarpone and tarragon.
