Cuna, a contemporary Lakeview neighborhood bar serving globally-inspired bar food from chef Kendal Duque, will host a Cinco De Mayo Party starting at 4pm on Wednesday, May 5.
Drink specials during Cuna's Cinco De Mayo Party include:

Cuna will also feature its quesadilla burger that will have two cheese quesadillas serve as a the "bread" with a 8oz burger in the middle. The quesadilla burger will come with a side of sweet potato chips and will cost $7.
There is no cover charge for Cuna's Cinco De Mayo Party. Doors open at 4pm and close at 2am.
ABOUT CUNA: Chicago businessman Paolo Acuna created Cuna, a contemporary 6,000 square foot neighborhood bar with affordable price points for food and drink in Lakeview. Cuna boasts 11 specialty spring cocktails that are all $8 each ranging from "The Really Jolly Rancher" (Stoli Gala Applik vodka, Thatcher's Organic Elderflower Liqueur, cranberry juice, fresh squeezed lime juice) to the "Cuna Colada" (Kilo Kai rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, splash of cream) to the "Mark's Iced Tea" (Maker's Mark, Pama pomegranate liqueur, ginger ale, simple syrup, fresh squeezed lemon juice, bitters, lemon garnish). Cuna also serves six beers on tap, a range of bottled beers, and a 17-bottle globally-sourced wine list. Kendal Duque - formerly the executive chef at three-star Sepia- is Cuna's executive chef. Duque's chef-driven menu focuses on scratch-made, globally-inspired bar food sourced from local and seasonal ingredients. Cuna's spring menu features flatbreads (including "sausage, grapes, goat cheese and fontina cheese"); "small bites" (including "lamb shoulder with mint pasta ribbons and rosemary breadcrumbs"); "big bites" (including "pan roasted salmon with asparagus, mushrooms and cashew vinaigrette"); and desserts (including "black dog gelato cookie sandwiches").
