On Sunday, May 2, Crash Landing Theater presents the return of CRIP SLAM--a collection of short plays by 8 disabled writers and one token walkie. Nine selected Chicago writers have just a few days to write a five-minute scene in response to a challenging prompt. The writers cast the scenes from a pool of actors who have less than an hour to rehearse. No directors involved.
Crash Landing Writers include: Rahnee Patrick, Mike McGowan, Alana Wallace, Victor Cole, Bob Ness, Rob Rotman, Gary Arnold, Tekki Lomnicki, Carrie Kaufman.
CRIP SLAM is from 7:30 to 9:30pm at Zacek McVay Theater located at 2433 N. Lincoln Avenue, Chicago, IL. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased by calling 773.871.3000. For more information, visit victorygardens.org. CRIP SLAM is accessible for people with vision, hearing and mobility disabilities.
