Chicago's Faith & Whiskey To Host Oktoberfest Kickoff Party 10/1

Faith & Whiskey (1365 W Fullerton Ave), the premier whiskey bar and party spot in Lincoln Park, will throw an Oktoberfest Kickoff Party featuring $3 pints of 10 just-added Oktoberfest draft beers, a free bratwurst buffet, $15 worth of free Chinese food for those that work their way through all 10 Oktoberfest beers, "Germany's Best" Video Power Hour, and a $100 cash prize to the best Lederhosen wearer or German beer wench costume starting at 5pm on Friday, October 1.

Patrons will be given a punch card depicting all ten of Faith & Whiskey's Oktoberfest drafts (full list below). If patrons make their way through all 10 Oktoberfest pints from Friday, October 1 thru Sunday, October 31, they will receive a free $15 gift certificate to a Chinese restaurant.

All 10 of the Oktoberfest pints will be only $3 during the Oktoberfest Kickoff Party on Friday, October 1. All 10 Oktoberfest drafts will be $5 every other night Faith & Whiskey is open (Wednesday thru Sunday) during October.

Faith & Whiskey will host a free bratwurst buffet (brats, sauerkraut, buns, mustard, etc) from 5pm to 8pm on October 1 during its Oktoberfest Kickoff Party.

Faith & Whiskey's weekly Video Power Hour that starts at 8pm every Friday, featuring sixty different one-minute video clips, will be themed "Germany's Best" during the Oktoberfest Kickoff Party. Expect to see clips of from the Beer Fest movie, David Hasselhoff, Heidi Klum, Claudia Schiffer, Rammstein, and "99 Luftballons" during the "Germany's Best Video Power Hour" hosted by DJ Texas Street Jesus. Also, DJ Texas Street Jesus will spin hip hop, pop, and rock mashups starting at 10pm during the Oktoberfest Kickoff Party.

A $100 cash prize will be awarded at midnight during the Oktoberfest Kickoff Party to the patron wearing the most impressive Lederhosen getup or German beer wench costume.
