Buffalo Theatre Ensemble (BTE), the professional Equity company in residence at the McAninch Arts Center, hosts its 2nd Annual Trivia Night to benefit BTE at the McAninch Arts Center, 425 Fawell Blvd., on the campus of College of DuPage, Wednesday, May 30, 7-9:30 p.m.
The theater-themed trivia night, emceed by BTE's Kurt Naebig, offers the chance for teams to show off their theater knowledge in categories ranging from Broadway to BTE. The top two teams win prize packages of goods and gift certificates from local businesses. The recommended team size is six, but attendees are welcome to build a team of up to eight players, join a team at the event, or play solo. Participants must be 16 years and older. A photo ID is required for alcoholic beverages. Phones, computers, and other research materials are strictly prohibited during trivia play, however, players can improve their odds and support BTE though cheats, which begin at $10.
