BoHo Theatre is excited to announce a one-night only cabaret benefit on Tuesday, July 25, at Stage 773. This night of songs and stories will explore the idea of "The Odyssey Years," that period in life between leaving home or school and settling down into a permanent life, a time when young people are experimenting and searching for the person who they will eventually become.
THE ODYSSEY YEARS cabaret is directed by BoHo Theatre Artistic Associate Stephen Schellhardt. Schellhardt most recently directed Urinetown, the opening production of BoHo's 2017 season, which was nominated for eight Joseph Jefferson awards and awarded two. The event will feature a strong line-up of familiar faces from past BoHo productions, each performing a piece about their own journey of discovery. Funds raised from the event will fund BoHo's search for a new 70-seat theatre space to call its own.
